THRESHOLD: Tending to Self During TransItion
Sundays, October 5-November 9, 2025
7:00-8:30 PM ET
Pause. Listen. Remember.
Life’s thresholds often arrive with both possibility and upheaval—personal transitions, collective uncertainty, or the quiet disorientation of not feeling at home in ourselves. In these times, we may face fear of change, repression, or the sense of losing our way.
Threshold invites you to slow down and turn inward. Over six weeks, we’ll look honestly at the truth of our lives with fierce compassion, creating space to listen to ourselves and to one another.
Through embodied self-care practices, meditation, journaling prompts, self-inquiry, and rest-based rituals, we will cultivate steadiness, tenderness, and belonging. Each session builds on the last, guiding you toward remembering your own wisdom and resilience.
